Quality education is not just about imparting knowledge, but about building a sustainable mindset, curiosity about the world and a drive for continuous self-improvement.

My goal is to provide an academic environment of the highest standard, where innovative teaching methodologies are combined with an individual approach to each child.
It is extremely important to me to support our teachers in their professional and creative growth, because an inspired and prepared teacher creates inspired students.

When we combine high academic standards with care, critical thinking and clear values, we prepare children not just for exams, but for life – to be thoughtful, knowledgeable and courageous creators of their future.

For me, the teaching profession is first and foremost a personal responsibility, one in which you must invest your heart and soul in order to be truly useful. In our high school, we see students as young individuals whom we support with respect, care and sincere affection as they grow. My ambition is to maintain an environment where high goals and professional ethics are combined with a human attitude, giving every young person the confidence and opportunity to unfold their full potential.

I try to show children that it is worth investing everything you are capable of into what you do, and then good results will not be late. I love my work as a teacher, I am persistent, and I spare no effort. I give 100% of myself.

What I tell younger colleagues is that if you reach out to children, encourage them and believe in their abilities, they will be open in their attitude toward you.

Children are wonderful. I love being among them because they are smiling and full of sunshine and optimism. There is no other profession in the world where the working process – for us, the school year – begins with smiles and flowers and ends the same way. It is wonderful to see children grow and change each year and to feel satisfied with what you have taught them.

My profession is my dream, and every day I go to work – I still say “to school” – with great desire. Today’s children are exceptionally informed, curious, searching and asking questions, and very often they are the ones who lead us forward. We inspire them with new knowledge, help them believe in themselves and become strong individuals, because they are the future of the world. What matters is not only academic knowledge, but also that children learn to help one another, support one another, and be kind, smiling and happy.

What children give us as teachers cannot be found in any other profession. Even in difficult moments, with a hug or the sparkle in their eyes, they give us the strength to keep going. There are countless moments of fulfilment – from receiving an apple with a note saying “I love you, miss!” to meeting a former student who returns years later simply to say “Thank you”.

Being a teacher is a challenge that makes me better, braver and more grounded. I believe in the power of love for children and for knowledge, and in the magic it creates. I believe that one child and one teacher can change the world, and that this change is called BRITANICA Park School. The attitude, love and knowledge invested in the school are the result of many years of work and cooperation at every level – teachers as a team, teachers and students, teachers and parents.

In my twenty years of experience as a teacher, I have learned that colleagues may forget what you showed them, but they will never forget how you helped them. Parents may forget what you did for their children, but they will not forget that you taught them perseverance and consistency. Students may forget what you said, but they will never forget how you made them feel. Learning is an attitude toward others, toward oneself and toward the world.

For me, being a preschool teacher is above all about being close to the child – seeing, hearing and accepting them as they are. I believe that every child carries within them a natural desire for knowledge and their own way of discovering the world. My role is to create a safe, calm and inspiring environment in which they feel free to ask, explore, try and develop.

I believe in open dialogue with parents, mutual trust and partnership, because when the teacher and the family are moving in the same direction, the child receives the most valuable support.

Every family is different and values certain aspects of their child’s education. My task is to understand what that important part is, so that learning can be as meaningful as possible, aligned with our academic methodology and core principles at BRITANICA Park School, and with the individual abilities and wishes of each child. For me, building trust and community is essential, because I believe goals are achieved more easily when we move forward together.

The most wonderful feeling is seeing the desire in children’s eyes to take a step toward change, and guiding them together toward taking that step responsibly.

For me, admission is not just the first step towards a learning environment, but the moment when trust begins to be built. Every conversation with a parent is different – with different expectations, questions and needs that require attention and understanding.

My role is to be the person who listens, asks the right questions and manages to feel what a family really needs. It is important to approach with empathy and compassion, but also to present the environment in a clear, accessible and positive way – so that the parent can imagine their child there.

I believe that good communication is not just about giving information, but about creating a sense of security, understanding and trust. That is why I try to make every conversation personal, unobtrusive and tailored to the person on the other side.

In our community, we work together – students, parents and school – to create an environment where children develop not only academically, but also as confident, responsible and whole individuals who unfold their potential. My role is to help make this process clear, organised and supportive, approaching it with understanding, dialogue and cooperation, because I believe the best results are achieved when we move in the same direction.
