BRITANICA Park School once again among the leading IB schools in Europe

The graduates of BRITANICA Park School completed this year’s session of the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme with results that place the school among the strongest in Europe by this indicator.

Success beyond expectations

All students at the school successfully earned the full IB Diploma – a 100% result, compared with a global average pass rate of 82.60%. The graduating class achieved an average score of 34 points, with a minimum of 24 points required to receive the diploma, and a worldwide average of 30.8 points.

The share of students with outstanding results is especially notable: 43% of the graduates achieved 35 or more points, which is more than twice the global share of 21%.

Subject results

The achievements of the graduating class are also confirmed at subject level. The average subject result is 5.35 on a scale from 1 to 7 points, where 4 is considered a satisfactory result. 46% of all awarded grades were an excellent 6 or the maximum 7, and 79% of grades were 5 or higher.

These figures mean that, across every subject in the curriculum, BRITANICA Park School’s results exceed the corresponding world average grade.

The results are the product of consistent work throughout the two years of the programme, both by the students and by the teaching team, who support each diploma student through preparation, research work and the examination session.

BRITANICA Park School continues to combine the Bulgarian national curriculum with the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme, with a clear focus on academic rigour and an individual approach to every student.
